Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis and optimization of various aspects within the ERP system for SF Bay Coffee, including documenting the current (“as-is”) processes and designing the future (“to-be”) processes. Acting as a liaison among stakeholders, this role ensures a deep understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, and operations to recommend solutions that drive efficiencies and support growth through enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring that solutions align with SF Bay Coffee’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Help Desk on reported ERP issues by providing technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and report findings
- Work with end-users to understand their needs and translate them into ERP system solutions
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on ERP system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the ERP system with other business applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ensure pertinent system, user guide and training documentation are complete current and stored appropriately
- Perform a variety of business analysis and ad hoc analytical support to develop insights and business recommendations
**Comply with all company policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in support of product integrity, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementations and support. (preferably in Microsoft D365 Business Central)
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus (e.g. Jet or Power BI)
- 3-5 Years of experience (minimum in job or trade skills) Preferred
- Manufacturing environment preferred
- Spanish preferred
Requirements:
- Support the analysis and optimization of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security
- Ability to troubleshoot, test and document results
- Assist with training end users and document training quick guides
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus (e.g. Jet or Powe-r BI)
- Reasearch and document current endto-end processes identify gaps and opportunities
- Ability to handle different projects concurrently

- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, analytical aptitude, problem solving, organizational and presentation skills

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Range: $75,660-$94,575 annually
